Searching your data
The platform has an extensive search capability to search for routes, addresses, packages, customer reference IDs, and metadata.
There are two ways to approach your data, either through a route or package. A route describes multiple stops chained together to describe a trip with a start and finish. A package describes an object for a stop (address).
Proof of Delivery
When a stop had been completed with your business requirements for the proof of delivery, it will then be accessible real time either through the portal or API.
In the portal, proof of delivery are accessible through both "Track A Route" and "Track A Package"
