CSV Upload is one of the many ways for a customer to provide the platform to optimize routes, the ROVA Platform allows easy drag and drop to upload the routes into the ROVA Platform to breakout into routes with your CSV file.
Preparing your file for upload
The platform has a sample file for you to upload your data. Simply follow this link to grab your template
Mapping your column headers
The portal will attempt to map your headers automatically. Some customers may have custom fields and/or headers. Simply reach out to us and we will set it up for you!
In scenarios of unsuccessful mapping, you will be able to manually select the available headers to map with.
Data Validation
The platform will attempt to check your data for invalid data and will let you know which line item is invalid. The platform is all about providing the best possible delivery experience and we will attempt to detect errors as early as we can.
Optimization of Routes
The platform will automatically break out the routes and scale to the number of drivers based on your needs! Grab a coffee and the platform will email you route breakouts and dispatch drivers to your distribution center to pick up the packages.
