The following is required to for access to delivery opportunities using the ROVA platform:
- Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license
- Have a reliable vehicle that is properly insured and registered.
- Be able to lift 20 pounds safely and securely.
- Have a phone with the ROVA app, as well as a charger and a car holder for the device.
- Be able to satisfy a background check.
- Special handling certifications and/or prior driver/courier preferred, but no required.
