Assign/UnAssign a Driver Feature

Each customer has the choice to assign/unassign a driver of their choice, aside from the platform assisting you in matching/unmatching a driver for your route. Assigning a Driver 1. Navigate to Track Route 2.  Mouse Over Matching 3. Click Matching 4. Search the Driver Name 6.  Click Assign

Approve a Route Feature

This feature provides customers an option to approve an independent driver's settlement and is intended for customers who fall into the scenario(s) below * A customer with additional requirements to verify delivery completion * A customer needs an independent driver to use their app.  Without integration, and to prevent duplicated invoices.

Opt-out of insurance deductions

Rova provides mandatory insurance policies to protect independent couriers (IC) through our insurance partner Arthur J. Gallagher Management.  Each IC has the opportunity to opt out of these policies by submitting similar policies.
