I am no longer available to make a delivery I have already accepted. What do I do?

We understand  mistakes can happen, this is why once you accepted a delivery and have not picked it up yet, you can abandon the order.

Once the package has been picked up, the delivery MUST be delivered to the delivery address.

If you are experiencing issues during the delivery, we recommend you get in touch directly with the shipping customer.  Contact information is provided in the app.
